While we do not offer house and land packages in the traditional sense, we work hard to identify existing and up coming land opportunities, and through our networks, can provide assistance to people looking for land for investment builds, first homes, holiday houses and high performance homes.  Take a look at the total price to build this home on an available section in the River Terrace development, or if you have land already download the plans and start scribbling your chosen changes all over them.
