Instead of independent project home franchises, our team work for one central office. We have the systems streamlined, and employ in-house architectural designers so there is no design costs for our clients. Our local Dunedin team Callum & Greer bring a wealth of building and design experience to the Build7 team and are excited about the opportunity to guide people on their architectural home building journey.
Build7 employ local trades and sub contractors and work with preferred suppliers to provide exceptional value to our clients. The standard to which we build new homes is extremely high, if you are considering a new build in the next 12 to 24 months, we encourage you to have a conversation with our team today. Unlike project home companies each plan we design is custom to you from a blank sheet of paper, so the home you get is suited to your lifestyle, section and budget. Our impressive floor plans provide examples of Build7 homes that deliver on creativity, design flair and premium finishes. From our in-house architectural designers who will custom design your concept plan and working drawings at no cost, to our experienced construction team who take care of the surveys needed, the engineering required, and everything related to the build. You can enjoy the exciting stuff like making all the fun decisions with your local interior design consultant, and we will take care of the rest.

Each home plan we have built, is designed to the requirements of each individual client. Included with every build, is our 10 Year Master Builder Guarantee, as well as our 12 month checks. Plus with Build7 you get the support of an interior design team so as well as a designer finish on the outside, your home will feel just the way you want it to, from the moment you walk in the front door. The journey is the most important part of this for our team, so we are with you each and every step of the way to make sure your home exceeds your expectations, and comes in on time, and on budget.
